Best Man
Pete Burgess - Pete is Jamie's older brother and best man. Being 5 years apart, the two have shared a dynamic relationship. Friends, role models, nuissances, mentors, critics. The Burgess brothers often act, sound and dress alike. Jamie was Pete's best man and is godfather to his son, Alex.
Duke Claghorn - David “Duke” Claghorn is a hell of a dude and a model American. Duke is Lane’s younger brother and close confidant. Duke helped teach Jamie how to fly fish and Jamie taught Duke how to go halfsies on two sandwiches at Wawa.
Trey Spear - Trey and Jamie met on the first day of Gettysburg College orientation in 2003. When college ended, Trey brought Jamie down to live in the group house in DC where they both lived (with Peyton) for 4 years. Fun fact: At one point, Jamie lived with Trey and his soon to be wife Parker.
Matt Abend - Matt Abend is chairman of the DC friend crew. Over the years, Matt, Jamie, Lane and Patrice have become very close and at certain points self-proclaimed themselves as the Dream Team. Now we just need to get Matt up to NYC.
Charlie Bakke - Jamie and Charlie are friends from the beach out in Long Island. The Bromance bloomed while the two were saving lives on the beaches of Bridgehampton, NY. This continues now that Jamie and Lane are back in the NYC area.
Peyton Dorne - Every friend group needs a little Boogie in it and this where Pey Pey shines. Jamie and Peyton lived together in their post-graduate group house in DC for 4 years. After the house broke up, they lived a block away from each other, then 2 blocks, then both Jamie and Peyton moved up to NYC where they still kick it frequently.
Dan “Stumps” Cianciarulo - Stumps is one of Jamie’s closest friends from Gettysburg College where they played rugby together, amongst other extracurricular activities. Stumps and his wife Jenn introduced Lane and Jamie at their wedding in Philadelphia.
Corbin Vreeland - Corbin is the hypotenuse in the Bridgehampton Beach Bromance triangle. Also a friend from BH, Corbin is always pushing the boundaries and has pushed Jamie to always be more extreme. Fun fact: Jamie’s mom grew up down the street from Corbin’s in Montclair, NJ.
Matt Mason - Mason is possibly one of Jamie’s oldest friends. This website can’t even remember when they met but I believe it was in kindergarten. Though adult life took them to different locations for a while, Matt now lives right down the street in NYC.
Brian Odell - or B.O. for short has been one of Jamie’s closest friends since middle school. Often seperated by long distances as adults the conversation picks up right where it left off the last time they saw each other. Munchies or Esposito's? What the hell is Fish doing today? How's Bar?! Can you do my taxes?
